First and foremost, I find it extremely helpful to have an open and honest conversation together. We love getting to know you, your wants, your needs, and your desires. We want to understand what your innermost wishes would be if you were to picture your dream home in your mind so that I can help make your dream come true. We also want to walk you through the process of buying a home so you are not in the dark.

You will gain access to instant notifications in real time about homes coming soon and just listed through your very own portal where you can favorite, mark as a possibility or discard properties you are not interested in it. Think of it as your "window to the MLS listings".
You will also benefit from our pro-active campaign to find off market properties. The campaign includes reaching out to our engaged database of over 30,000, calling homeowners in neighborhoods you are interested in to see if they'd be willing to sell their home to you, an exclusive network across multiple KW offices around DFW, and social media advertisement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, community groups in Facebook. This campaign may help you find the right home before it comes on the market.
Determining the Value
We will complete a valuation analysis of any property, before you make your offer. This means we will carefully consider the value of the subject property, taking into consideration relevant properties now for sale, under accepted offer, and recently sold. We will also discuss how property condition can influence value and anything about the property that may effect your ability to sell in in the future. Our goal is for you to feel informed about your decision regarding making an offer.
Negotiation is a crucial service we provide to you. In addition to our valuation analysis of any property you are interested in making an offer on, we will aim to connect with the listing agent to get a sense of what is important to the seller. You see, winning an offer isn't always about the highest price. Sometimes it is meeting a specific term the seller is looking for. Our aim is to offer advice and counsel regarding the best approach for framing the terms of your offer and achieving a successful result for you.
I know, it sounds too good to be true, but the rest of the process can be made simple. You will work with your lender and w will monitor the process and will keep you in the loop through inspections and repairs, loan approval and appraisals, title commitments and surveys, when to schedule utilities, scheduling closing appointments and walk throughs.
It’s really happening! And don't forget. We're here to help with anything and everything surrounding your move. If you’re unable to be here on the closing day, don’t worry! I’m happy to grab the keys for you and we can coordinate a time that’s convenient for you.
