With a New Addition, This Family Was Outgrowing Their Home.
This came with one very important catch... it had to be just as special as their current home where they were raising their three adorable girls. This is their two-sided story of Buying & Selling real estate with The Tosello Team.
They were really happy in their previous home but had been discussing, for a number of years, that they would eventually like to have a smaller yard without a pool. They were tired of the cost and maintenance of both. They also hoped to have a little better living space, with 6 kids and grand kids things were getting pretty tight at family gatherings. They were out looking at houses with their daughter and found a house that hit all those marks for them. So, in spite of not being in the hunt, we found our new house!
After Chelsy Graduated from East Central University, it was Time for the Meglis to Move to Fort Worth!
There was just something special about Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the Meglis, and it was the right time for their family of five to move!
Beverly needed to sell an estate property in Euless quickly and she lived in Pennsylvania. The first time we spoke to Beverly, she said "I know the house needs a lot of work and clean up", however she was worried about how it could all be done.

We relocated to Keller on a job transfer and chose Paul and Colleen after being referred through the Ramsey network. Almost immediately, we received a call from Paul. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with us genuinely investing in getting to know us and learning what our needs were. We were blown away by how kind and professional he was and committed to them.
We briefly explored the existing home market but ended up building. They expertly guided us through the process, gave us sound advice and made sure the build was a good investment for our family. Over the last year, Colleen has been a tireless advocate in dealing with the builder and our mortgage company.

We have talked about down sizing and moving for years. Paul called us about 6-7 years ago and asked us if we were interested in listing. We told him that we were not ready to pull the trigger,. He continued to follow up with us every 6 months or so. This went on for 6-7 years. Then we called Paul and said we wanted to put the house on the market in 3 weeks. The Tosello team made that happen, even with a planned vacation in there. The whole team gave us great advise to get the house "show ready". They helped us look at the offers and qualify the buyers. The house sold in the first weekend, for over our asking price. It was a very easy and plesant experience. Paul has continued to contact us on a regular basis to see if everything has gone well with the transition and Colleen has been helping us to try and find a building lot.
