When this owner decided to move out of state, they called us to help them with their 3rd transaction in Southlake.  After living in the Timarron area for nearly 20 years it was time to find their forever retirement home.  We put the house on the market, they made a visit to the area they chose for retirement.  During that visit they found their retirement dream home, we found a buyer for their Southlake home and now they are living happily ever after.   A challenge came up on move day because their movers didn't show up.  Paul was able to jump in and find them a moving company and crew that could get them packed up and loaded the following day.  Proof that we don't stop when docs are signed!

Moving a family can be a lot of things including exciting.  Moving a family out of the country, now that's an adventure.   Getting under contract in a reasonable time frame and with minimal impact to daily life was high on the priority list.  So was staying in the house until the school year ended.  Through a team effort between agent and sellers we worked to accomplish all the timing concerns, secured a contract in 13 days, closed in 30 days and negotiated for the family to stay in the home until school was out.  They were ready to move on to their next adventure!
